Framed Firestarter, Gold Power

Ben Rider has created Firestarter especially for the Art Yard Sale. The piece is available exclusively at Enter Gallery.

Firestarter depicts a smiling woman clutching an ablaze Molotov cocktail. Rider explains his process:

"Each print is unique and absolutely one of a kind. I take a very experimental approach to my process - screenprinting using lots of layers, colours, ink effects and mixed media elements. A lot of work goes into each piece, and as a result of the experimental nature, for every one piece that works, there are more prints behind it that failed dramatically.

It's my absolute passion and delight producing work this way and nothing gets me more excited, although I do editioned pieces and I enjoy producing those, my real passion lies with making these really rich unusual juicy experimental one-of-a-kind pieces.'

This piece comes framed in a 25mm black box frame.

Size (cm): 75 x 55

    Your Framing Options at entergallery.com

Box framing is provided with all our online framing, creating a distance between the glass and your artwork, so no risk of ink transfer to the pane. it's the perfect, gallery grade choice for limited edition prints or original artworks.

Shadow float mounting is an option at our website, to give the appearance of an artwork floating within the frame. The mount – an archival foam core – creates depth too, by casting a shadow beneath the artwork. We highly recommend using a float mount when framing artwork with deckled (hand-torn) edges.

As always, all our materials are sustainable and archival to keep your artwork in mint condition and perfectly presented. Simply choose from our white or black float framing options, before adding to basket.

Glazing all our framing orders are shipped with glass. We take great care with packaging to protect your artwork.

Alternatively, for added piece of mind, we've the option of gallery grade cast acrylic, offering superb clarity and protection.

If you would prefer acrylic or other options such as ornate frames or UV protection, please call our gallery team on +44 (0)1273 724829 for a quote, or message us at the bottom right of this page.

    About the artist
    +
Ben Rider has been described as a 'fluoro-ink obsessed screenprint lunatic'. His raw, punk creations can be seen all over, from the streets of London to commissions for clients such as Crocs, Brewdog, Film4, Samsung and 5SOS.
Ben uses his own brand of experimental print making to create artworks full of energy. His experiments with prints and colours give each piece a unique feel.

Rider describes his work as 'a middle finger to the increasingly homogenised slick corporate world'.
