Kate Jenkins hosts Kids Club

It was smiles all round at Enter Gallery this weekend with local artist, Kate Jenkins, hosting our latest Kids Club.

Breakface Club

Jenkins is known for creating cheerful artworks of plates of food and other treats using knitted and crocheted elements.

At the Kids Club, Jenkins guided the children through a fun session, encouraging them to create their own plates of food from different materials and collaged elements.

In today’s blog, we’re proudly showing off some of the masterpieces created by our attendees at one of the best free creative events for children in Brighton.

We asked 10-year-old Cass what they thought of the Kids Club and they told us:

"I really liked being able to see the art on the walls and meeting the artist was really cool!"

Enter Gallery’s Kids Club is hosted by a different artist each month. It always fills up fast, so if you’d like to be notified in time to secure tickets for your little ones, sign up to our newsletter.
