Danny Rolph, born in London in 1967, is an internationally recognized artist. He earned a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from the Winchester School of Art in 1991 and an MA in Painting from the Royal College of Art in 1993.
Rolph has exhibited his work extensively around the world, including solo shows at prominent galleries like CCA Galleries (Jersey), 532galleryThomas Jaeckel (NYC), and Hales Gallery (London), as well as group exhibitions at the Royal Academy of Art and the Royal Hibernian Gallery, among others. His works are included in major collections, such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Tate Gallery, and Goldman Sachs.
In addition to his studio practice, Rolph has taught at various institutions, including Bucks New University, the Royal Academy Schools, and the Royal College of Art. He has also been recognized with numerous awards, such as the Mark Rothko Residency (2020) and the London Arts Visual Arts Award (2001).
