Endeavour, 2018

Endeavour is a signed, limited edition silkscreen with glazes by Danny Rolph. Printed at Coriander Studio, published by CCA Galleries.

Building on the success of his silkscreen print Encounter, Rolph continues to explore and refine the printing process in Endeavour, where he particularly enjoys experimenting with finishes and glazes. Originally intended to be grey, the silver accents on the left and right sides add depth and dimension to the vibrant base colors, while a single line of glaze breaks up the vivid pink at the bottom, enhancing the multi-layered effect for which Rolph is known.

Globally recognized for his multi-layered, colorful paintings, Rolph’s seemingly chaotic works reflect the dynamic environments that inspire him, from the cities of London, New York, and Rome to the deserts of West Texas and the Indian Ocean. His instinctive yet deliberate color choices mirror the natural world around him, while his use of Triplewall plastic and canvas challenges surface tension and spatial relationships, embracing doubt and discovery in his creative process.

    Your Framing Options at entergallery.com

Box framing is provided with all our online framing, creating a distance between the glass and your artwork, so no risk of ink transfer to the pane. it's the perfect, gallery grade choice for limited edition prints or original artworks.

Shadow float mounting is an option at our website, to give the appearance of an artwork floating within the frame. The mount – an archival foam core – creates depth too, by casting a shadow beneath the artwork. We highly recommend using a float mount when framing artwork with deckled (hand-torn) edges.

As always, all our materials are sustainable and archival to keep your artwork in mint condition and perfectly presented. Simply choose from our white or black float framing options, before adding to basket.

Glazing all our framing orders are shipped with glass. We take great care with packaging to protect your artwork.
