Box framing is provided with all our online framing, creating a distance between the glass and your artwork, so no risk of ink transfer to the pane. it's the perfect, gallery grade choice for limited edition prints or original artworks.

Shadow float mounting is an option at our website, to give the appearance of an artwork floating within the frame. The mount – an archival foam core – creates depth too, by casting a shadow beneath the artwork. We highly recommend using a float mount when framing artwork with deckled (hand-torn) edges.

As always, all our materials are sustainable and archival to keep your artwork in mint condition and perfectly presented. Simply choose from our white or black float framing options, before adding to basket.

Glazing all our framing orders are shipped with glass. We take great care with packaging to protect your artwork.

Alternatively, for added piece of mind, we've the option of gallery grade cast acrylic, offering superb clarity and protection.

Best known for her provocative portraits of women, London-based British artist Lucie Bennett explores female identity and sexuality using simple, elegantly applied lines and block colour forms to create distinctive, timeless pieces.

Captivating from the onset, colour plays a major part in Bennett’s work. By applying a carefully selected palette she creates an identity for each of her subjects, with bright and cheerful pinks, oranges and blues suggesting a cheeky persona, while muted tones are paired with more sophisticated and mature poses. Throughout history, the female form has been both celebrated and objectified in art, advertising and the media. Bennett plays with our perception of this by presenting her subjects in the simplest form, encouraging the viewer to identify with the work as they see fit.

Having worked across many different mediums including neon, collage and laser-cut acrylic, Bennett began as, and is still perhaps first and foremost, a painter whose preferred medium is gloss paint on prepared aluminium. Her first original screen prints were released in 2005 and since then she has built up a substantial body of widely collected limited editioned works.
