Zoe is a contemporary Japanese artist known for energetic artworks depicting characters of his own creation. From anthropomorphic toys to one-eyed monsters, each of his cartoon figures is imbued with unique personality traits, and filled with romanticism for literature and music.
Alongside his artistic studies at Wako University in Tokyo, Zoe’s artistry has been sparked by his time spent in rock bands, and writing poetry and novels inspired by his vivid imagination and vibrant inner world.
In each of his animated scenes, Zoe carefully chooses how his characters interact to express his own nuanced understanding of life, emotion and humanity.
