Using his innovative printmaking practice, which combines silkscreen with painting and collage techniques, the artist recreates famous vistas, playing with colour and perspective in the process.

Shadow float mounting is an option at our website, to give the appearance of an artwork floating within the frame. The mount – an archival foam core – creates depth too, by casting a shadow beneath the artwork. We highly recommend using a float mount when framing artwork with deckled (hand-torn) edges.
As always, all our materials are sustainable and archival to keep your artwork in mint condition and perfectly presented. Simply choose from our white or black float framing options, before adding to basket.
Glazing all our framing orders are shipped with glass. We take great care with packaging to protect your artwork.
Alternatively, for added piece of mind, we've the option of gallery grade cast acrylic, offering superb clarity and protection.

About the artist
British artist Jason Lilley works at the intersection of painting, collage and printmaking to create a distinctive contemporary aesthetic.
Inspired by iconic architecture and metropolitan centres, he is recognised for his celebrations of cities, from Brighton to London to New York. His influences include Japanese Ukiyo-e and Constructivism, citing the work of Katsushika Hokusai and Alexander Rodchenko as principal inspirations.
From Art Deco to Bauhaus to Brutalism, Lilley’s love for twentieth century architecture is writ large on his work. Characterised by strong compositional structures and stark palettes, Lilley explores the contrast of light and shadow to convey the forms and silhouettes defined by clean lines and large areas of flat colour. Recent work sees the addition of panels of gold leaf, adding textural highlights for a sparkling salute to the city.
