Your Framing Options at entergallery.com
Box framing is provided with all our online framing, creating a distance between the glass and your artwork, so no risk of ink transfer to the pane. it's the perfect, gallery grade choice for limited edition prints or original artworks.
Shadow float mounting is an option at our website, to give the appearance of an artwork floating within the frame. The mount – an archival foam core – creates depth too, by casting a shadow beneath the artwork. We highly recommend using a float mount when framing artwork with deckled (hand-torn) edges.
As always, all our materials are sustainable and archival to keep your artwork in mint condition and perfectly presented. Simply choose from our white or black float framing options, before adding to basket.
Glazing all our framing orders are shipped with glass. We take great care with packaging to protect your artwork.
Alternatively, for added piece of mind, we've the option of gallery grade cast acrylic, offering superb clarity and protection.
If you would prefer acrylic or other options such as ornate frames or UV protection, please call our gallery team on +44 (0)1273 724829 for a quote, or message us at the bottom right of this page.

About the artist
The art of Dutch artist Handiedan involves a complex cut and paste mixture of digital and highly detailed sculptural hand cut collages, complimented by conscientiously collected antique ornamental frames.
Handiedan’s accomplished and refined collage technique allows her for an artistic journey through past, present and future. The result is an almost kaleidoscopical visual exploration whose discoveries are sometimes immediately visible and sometimes hidden in plain sight.
Deeply influenced by scientific and spiritual interests - from Quantum Physics, Cosmology and Numerology to Sacred Geometries, Metaphysics and Eastern Philosophies - Handiedan’s art embraces the various forms of vital energy endlessly permeating the universe and mirrors the eternal motion of life in its kaleidoscopic manifestations.
Protagonists of the works are the iconic vintage pin-ups. The artist composes, both digital and hand cut, the bodies by assembling anatomical parts of different pre-existing pin-up images from the 1920-1940s, ornaments from old sheet music, science maps and paper currency and personal drawings and imagery, transforming them into images reminiscent of the Neo-Classical and Victorian ages, the Parisian Belle Époque, up to the 1940's and Post-War sexy imagery.
With luscious liveliness the forms bend in and out the background to personify Handiedan's investigation in femininity. They stand for the Lover and the Mother, embodying sexual freeing and tender love, strength and vulnerability. At once mistresses and goddesses, these creatures are endowed with a symbolic power that can be traced down to the archetype of Mother Earth (or Mother Nature) in which all ancient cultures identified the natural course of the circle of life with its transitory stages of birth, change, decay and renewal.
The Golden Ratio, the Flower of Live and the Fourth Dimension 'Time', whose presence in all realms from quantum levels to the eternal motion of planets and galaxies is proof of a universal law connecting everything. All scientifically or symbolically representing the universal harmony ruling nature and life.
Handiedan's collaged bas-reliefs give visual form to the wonderings, memories, visions and unconscious associations stemming from it.
With a background in photographic design (graduated), illustration and graphic design (self taught), Handiedan started working as a mixed media collage artist in 2007.
Her collage artwork has been shown throughout the world including her (sold-out) solo shows, group shows and art fairs with Corey Helford Gallery, Jonathan LeVine Projects, Roq la Rue, Thinkspace Gallery, Spoke Art/Hashimoto Contemporary, Phone Booth Gallery, Black Book Gallery, Scope, Project Miami in the US, Saatchi and Unit 44 in the UK. Urban Nation Museum in Berlin (part of the permanent collection, Kallenbach Gallery and Vroom & Varossieau in Amsterdam, Mondo Bizzarro Gallery in Rome and museum La Halle St. Pierre in Paris with HEY!.
Always curious and willing to experiment, Handiedan started to embed Augemented Realitylayers to her work in her 2019 solo show Torus at Corey Helford Gallery in LA and in 2017 Handiedan engaged in virtual reality using Tilt Brush, her first 3D VR virtual collaged universe that was presented at Future Play Festival in Edinburgh, UK.
