Enter Gallery is currently recruiting two new positionslocated in central Brighton.

Digital Marketing Executive

SALARY: £25,000 to £30,000

Key Responsibilities:

Manage digital advertising activities on Paid Social Media (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads in line with agreed targets & budgets

Manage our affiliate programs and related feeds (Awin & Channable and specialist art affiliates)

Manage our customer reviews to ensure maximum response and feedback

Create reporting for weekly marketing meetings

Identify trends and use insights to optimise the spend and performance of marketing channels

Supporting the wider efforts of the marketing department in creating content, producing weekly reports, posting to social, managing our CMS (shopify) and our CRM (Hubspot)

The successful applicant will:

Have at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role

Be highly creative, enthusiastic and goal orientated, with the ability to focus on achieving important tasks whilst adapting to changing circumstances

Have strong experience managing Google search & shopping Ads, demonstrating significant conversion growth

Have strong experience managing paid social on Facebook & Instagram, demonstrating significant conversion growth

Have experience working with an affiliate program, including promotions, ads, product feeds and nurturing & implementing new initiatives

Have excellent attention to detail

Be self-motivated with good communication skills (both written and oral)

Be able to work under pressure, delivering multiple projects simultaneously

Gallery Sales Consultant 

£20k+ (depending on experience), plus benefits

Full time, permanent
Based in Brighton

We seek an enthusiastic, outgoing and engaging individual to deliver sales at our busy Brighton gallery.

Recent face-to-face retail or customer services experience of at least 1 year, ideally with a premium brand.

A proven drive to achieve targets for sales and new leads.

The ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of large amounts of inventory and upcoming print releases.

To quickly learn how to understand our clients and their interests, to match them with their perfect artwork and the confidence to achieve closure of sales.

Managing the processing of transactions, framing details and invoice creation, using our EPOS and CRM systems.

Answer questions from email, text, phone and live chat, within set deadlines.

Knowing when to escalate larger deal requests and customer complaints.

A good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and an ability to work with EPOS and CRM systems is required, ideally Shopify and Hubspot.
